Gianfranco and Vittoriano Guareschi always manage to surprise us in one way or another. You can be sure that at any time of the year, the two “fathers” of Moto Guzzi Fast Endurance are hatching something surprising branded GCorse in their family Moto Guzzi workshop in Parma. There are only three certainties: at least one Guzzi will be involved, it’ll be a fast race, and it’ll be fun.
Following speed on the track – which is their bread and butter – and an experiment in uphill speed, it was just a matter of time before a V85 TT would pass through their hands to be put to the whip in off-road racing.
It happened on 10 and 11 July in Pellegrino Parmense, during the 5th and 6th rounds of the Italian Motorally Championship, in which the Guareschi brothers entered their Moto Guzzi V85 TT Rally by GCorse driven by the young rider Francesco Montanari…
